Sustainability
We perceive our land as a collective community to which we are an integral part; it is not a commodity to be traded. We approach it with affection and reverence, recognizing that it is a resource entrusted to us by future generations, rather than an inheritance from our ancestors.
We Recycle
Dyed Waste Water
The discharge of dyed wastewater poses a significant environmental challenge in the textile industry and has detrimental effects on the quality of nearby natural water bodies, consequently impacting the entire ecosystem. However, in our factory, we address this issue by employing state-of-the-art Reverse Osmosis (RO) technology and a biological pre-treatment plant. Through this innovative system, we are able to recycle and reuse approximately 90% of the waste dyed effluent, while the remaining 10% is evaporated and crystallized into salt for further reuse. This approach enhances product sustainability and minimizes our environmental footprint.
Packaging
Our practice involves utilizing recycled craft paper to create inlay/tag cards and various packaging materials.
Recycled Fibers
In the process of cotton filling, we utilize leftover fabric scraps and cutting waste as a means of reusing materials, whereas in polyester filling, we repurpose discarded PET bottles to create oeko-tex certified polyester fiber.
Save Energy
In our commitment to create a more sustainable future, we are transitioning from conventional fluorescent lights to LED lights as part of our greener future program. This change guarantees non-toxic, 100% recyclable lighting solutions with zero UV emissions.
